This site will allow you to create a ‘Ticket’ for any department within TheYLSC. Creating a ticket will allow you to know what is going on with the item that you are requesting as well as provide you an automated reply once the item has been resolved. Enter your YL Store email address into the Email box (leaving the Password box blank) and when you click Login a password reset link will be emailed to your YL Store email address so you can begin using the Support Portal. |
